CNC Carving: Precision Meets Creativity
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) engraving is where precision that requires the tolerance of 0.01mm or lesser, utilizing five-axis CNC machining center and skills of experienced designers.
It is ideal for intricate, repetitive designs and for tasks demanding uniform precision.
Etching with Post-processing
Etching emphasizes flexibility and precision, and is suitable for both complex designs and simple markings.
CERBLON®'s factory only uses chemical solutions to partially dissolve the surface of watch parts (e.g. the caseback) to form shapes, thereby forming clear patterns and natural textures, but also cooperates with processes such as plating and post-polishing to achieve diverse appearances and a more detailed tactile touch.
